Our classes fuse the foundations of Pilates with functional fitness training, to give you a dynamic, full body workout. No matter which of our classes you choose, you’ll leave the studio feeling stronger, more flexible, and bursting with energy.

Each session will be centred around a reformer machine, designed to lengthen and tone, whilst ensuring your spine and joints are supported. There is a class for everyone, as the intensity of your workout can be modified by adding varying levels of resistance.

Expect to work hard, feel the burn, and become at one with your reformer. Our wonderful trainers will guide you through bespoke classes, inspiring movement that will leave your body and mind feeling recharged.
