On Sunday the 18th of February we’ll be hosting a soothing and sensory session with two of London’s most exciting wellness practitioners, Ksenija Selivanova of The Moments Studio and Zehera Ibrahim of The Self Love Lab.
The event will include,
A 40-minute mindful Reformer flow
30-minute facial massage tutorial led by Ksenija Selivanova of The Moments Studio.
A 45-minute sound bath guided by Zehera Ibrahim of The Self Love Lab

In collaboration with functional mushroom connoisseurs, Dirtea, we’ll be joined in the studio by founder, Simon Salter, who will be talking to us all about the transformative powers of functional fungi, followed by a tea tasting session.
