What should I wear to my class?

Your favourite exercise gear, we want people to show up however they feel most comfortable. We encourage people to wear Pilates grip socks where possible, it's safer for you and better for our Reformers. We have grip socks available to buy at the studio.

What class would be best if I am new to the Reformer?

We have classes for all levels, but if you’re a beginner we would recommend attending an ‘Essentials’ class first.

Our essentials classes are perfect for anyone new, or those wanting to improve their technique. Our instructors will help you get acquainted with your reformer, before moving through our signature repertoire. These classes allow for slightly slower transitions, and a stronger focus on the fundamental principles of the Pilates method.

We usually recommend 3 Essentials sessions, before progressing to our Signature class. We also encourage you to speak to your instructor when you feel you might be ready to level up, they will always be happy to advise on what they think is best for you.
