  • Alysa

    Alysa

    Alysa first discovered Reformer Pilates when she was living in Amsterdam. She loved the focus on the mind-body connection, helping her ground herself at a really busy period in her life. Finding the connection to the body and the breath is an integral part of Alyssa’s teaching. Expect an energetic and challenging flow, leaving your class stronger, and more in tune with your mind and body.

    Alyssa looks after herself by prioritising movement, sunshine and rest. She makes time for journaling, meditating, and moving her body whenever she can. Alyssa is also a lifestyle coach and splits her time between 1:1 clients and teaching.

  • Amanda

    Amanda's love of movement goes way back to her career as a professional dancer, which evolved organically into her love for teaching. One of the things she enjoys most about Reformer Pilates is the freedom to choreograph dynamic flows, whilst lengthening and strengthening the muscles. Amanda loves to challenge her clients, expect lots of pulses and plank variations for a mega burn.

    Amanda still loves to dance, and you’ll regularly see her still tearing up the dancefloor. These days her dancing days are balanced with lots of time spent with friends and family. She likes to look after her own body with regular barre classes mixed with weight training and cardio.

  • Alex

    Alex has been sharing her love for fitness since 2017, with Pilates taking centre stage in her teaching since 2021. Her love for movement started as a little kid, which eventually led her to professional training and a successful dance career. Along the way, she fell head over heels with Pilates, especially after discovering the magic of the reformer.To Alex, Pilates is her go-to during life’s crazier moments, and she’s always amazed at how it continues to challenge and humble her. Expect a seamlessly choreographed class with a focus on finding length, strength, and balance - never without a spicy burn!

    Off the mat, Alex is likely checking out the latest dinner spots, catching some rays with her friends and family, or curled up with a great book. She’s big on self-care, often treating herself to a facial and a pastry. But no matter what, she never strays too far from the dance floor!

  • Chris

    Chris was first introduced to Reformer Pilates at Ballet school but really fell in love with the practice when recommended by a Physiotherapist for his back pain. The rehabilitation the Reformer provided was transformative, and Chris was hooked! Chris’s classes are a perfect blend of classical and contemporary Pilates. With a keen eye for detail, Chris focuses on optimal form, for optimal results.

    A consistent Pilates practice is key to Chris's personal wellness routine, and he loves to treat his body and his nervous system to some Yin Yoga, and a good massage. Spending time with family and friends, and carving out time for travel, nourishes Chris’s soul.

  • Emma

    A practice for the generations, Emma discovered Pilates through her Mum in Ireland when she was a teenager. She loved how mindful she found the movement, and how her body awareness improved. Creating that sense of awareness is a focus of Emma’s classes. She brings heat to all spaces in the body, with a big focus on stability and control.

    A regular Pilates practice is a huge part of how Emma looks after her own mental and physical health. She likes to spend as much time outside as possible, walking, cycling and enjoying her new-found love of running.

  • Katie

    A lockdown love, Katie found her own practice during COVID, as a way to help look after her own mental and physical health. She particularly loved how holistic the practice felt and was excited by the opportunity to share her love and practice with others. Katie encourages her clients to appreciate and challenge their bodies in a way that feels nourishing, intuitive and above all, fun. Expect energetic, playful flows, and banging tunes.

    Katie is fascinated by the mind-body connection, and wants to further her training with more breath and body work this year. She loves time spent by the sea, swimming, running, reading and resting in nature whenever and wherever she can.

  • Kylie

    Kylie's love of the practice started at home in Australia. The Reformer personally helped Kylie undo the physical effects of her desk job, and felt inspired to start teaching. Kylie loves how supportive the Reformer is in enhancing posture, increasing strength and improving flexibility. Kylie is an attentive and supportive teacher, encouraging her clients to move their bodies in a way they love. Expect high energy, fun music and all the positive vibes!

    Kylie looks after her body with extra strength training alongside her regular practice and loves to treat herself to a lymphatic drainage massage.

  • Lotti

    Studio Anatomy founder, Lotti, first discovered Pilates after spending months on tour with her band HÆLOS. Aching from the touring lifestyle, she found an oasis for her body in Reformer Pilates, which helped build her strength both physically and mentally. After completing her teacher training, she started her own private studio, where she built an impressive client base and celebrity following.

    Lotti seized the opportunity to open a group studio in early 2023, and has continued to deliver high energy sessions that keep her clients coming back. Expect a challenging and creative class, set to a great playlist. Lotti is Mum to Otis, and between mothering, managing, teaching and singing she finds her centre through daily personal practice and movement.

  • Madeline

    Madeline fell in love with Reformer whilst living in Sydney. She had a deep appreciation for the understanding it gave her of her body. She began her teaching journey in 2020, first qualifying as a Vinyasa Yoga instructor, before training in mat and Reformer Pilates. Maddy likes to curate challenging flows that beautifully combine both strength and mobility, as well as mindfulness and breath.

    Madeline's favourite forms of self care are low-impact exercise, taking walks in nature, daily meditation and cooking nourishing meals at home. She loves a good massage, sauna and magnesium bath!

  • Matea

    Matea discovered Pilates whilst at dance school, as part of her morning ballet classes. She loved how it made her body feel. Matea’s movement background really shines in her teaching, her flows are creative and dynamic, and music plays a really important part in her sessions. Expect to strengthen and lengthen to a fire playlist, with lots of juicy pulses!

    Born in Croatia, Matea seeks the sunshine wherever she can. She tries to prioritise sleep, eating all of the colours of the earth, and taking her rest seriously. She balances all of that with daily movement and never leaving the dance floor untouched for too long.

  • Olivia

    After moving to Toronto in 2011, Olivia was eager to find a way to meet new people and move her body. She started teaching Pilates and Yoga, and loved how the two practices complimented each other, and the sense of community that came with them. Combining her teaching knowledge, Olive’s flows are intelligent and creative, with a real emphasis on alignment and technique.

    Olivia is an avid adventurer. She loves to ski, hike and prioritises travel time spent exploring when she can. She looks after her body with a mix of yoga, Pilates and strength training balanced with time spent with good friends, good food and some quiet time at home to rest and recoup.
