We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to allow your space to be filled. Late cancellations will be charged at full price.

If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist.
When a space opens up, you’ll automatically receive a text message offering you the spot. You’ll then have 60 minutes to confirm whether you want it. Just follow the link in the message to book yourself in.
If you don’t respond within 60 minutes, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist so be sure to keep an eye on your phone!
A few things to know:
You can always see your place on the waitlist when you log in.
Make sure your mobile number is up to date in your profile so you don’t miss the text.
Once the waitlist cut-off time has passed, we’ll stop sending out offers for that class.
This system helps keep things fair and makes sure empty spots go to those who are ready to jump in.
