Studio Anatomy Signature   

Get ready for a full body burn in our ‘Signature’ 50 minute dynamic Reformer session.

You’ll be combining a classical and dynamic repertoire, for a fun and fast-paced workout, designed to build strong, functional and flexible bodies.

Studio Anatomy Essentials

Our 50-minute ‘Essentials’ class is perfect for anyone new to the reformer, or those wanting to improve their technique. We will move through our signature repertoire, allowing for slightly slower transitions, and a stronger focus on the fundamental principles of the Pilates method.

Power

Get ready for lift off! We add a jump-board to the Reformer to give you the ultimate high energy class. You’ll be challenging your cardio endurance and toning from head to toe, with fun and creative flows.

nb: Power classes are not suitable for pre or post-natal clients or for beginners.

Studio Anatomy Advanced

Our Advanced classes are perfect for those looking to step-up their practice. Designed to challenge the body and mind, the moves are harder and the transitions are quicker. These classes are very dynamic and its assumed participants have a strong understanding of the Pilates principles.

Pre & Post-Natal

We will soon be adding Pre and Post natal classes to our timetable. Until then, we welcome prenatal clients who are familiar with Reformer Pilates to join our classes and continue their practice up to 20 weeks. Please inform your instructor at the beginning of your class so they able to advise you on the relevant modifications.

For private pre-natal classes up to 35 weeks please email info@studioanatomy.co.uk

Post-natal clients are welcome to join our classes from 6 weeks (vaginal) and 8 weeks (c- section) post-partum with a doctor's written consent. We recommend joining at least 8 Essential classes before moving to our signature sessions.
